Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination
  • Support HR or finance tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
