You will be interviewed by HR and management, and may undergo basic skills, technical skills evaluation. The most successful candidates will be offered a job and continue with onboarding process.

STAGE 1 - OFFER LETTER AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Offer Letter needs to be
signed along with duly filled

and Pre-existing condition

NOTE: Please provide us with
all the documents signed.
Provide us with the necessary documents for processing the visa in PDF format
If you are on sponsorship VISA Father, Husband or Brother, provide us with NOC and sponsor documents for us to process labor contract and labor card.
STAGE 2 - VISA PROCESS
Labor job offer will be provided within a weeks’ time, which needs to be signed and sent back to us.
If needed, you will hold your family with this labor job offer and after proceed with cancellation.
If inside the country: E-visa and change status will be issued If outside the country: E-visa will be issued (week to 10 days depending on the nationality)
With this e-visa and change status, you need to visit medical centre and provide us with Medical Fitness certificate (48 hrs.) and Emirates ID application form along with original passport. Note: Keep all the invoices for the reimbursement P.O .Box of Gulf drug LLC for EID: 3264
At this stage, you are eligible to join the company. Your Joining date will be confirmed in alignment with your manager.
Labor contract will be issued (2-3 working days) which needs to be signed and 1 hour TawJeeh classes (as per position) needs to be attended
Insurance will be processed and approved. (1 week approx)
Visa will be stamped on the passport (2-3 working days) and EID will be in process, which will take 1-2 weeks approx
STAGE 3 - JOINING THE COMPANY
Induction will be arranged accordingly
Employme nt contract needs to be signed
Joining items will be handed over

Your employment with Gulf Drug is processed through LLC procedure.
It involves both Labor and Immigration. Your visa is valid for 2 years, subject to renewal.
The Gulf Drug HQ is located in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. It's only minutes away from Mall of the Emirates.
The HR Office is located at the 4th Floor of the building. You can approach the HR Receptionist and request to see the concerned person.
The documents required for processing the visa are preferred to be in clear scan PDF copy and sent to HRBP. The photos are required to be submitted in hard copy
The required documents should be sent all along the signed offer letter. If you are still employed and did not cancel, you may submit the cancelation paper once it's done.
There is no specific timeframe for the visa approval. Though an estimation of 30 days for inside UAE and 15 days for outside UAE can be considered, depending on nationality, profession and case to case base.
The time frame depends upon the approval of your position and labor contract
You need to cancel your company license and your visa then you will provide us with your cancellation copy, passport copy, attested graduation certificate and personal photo with white background.

The Gulf Drug HR will process the visa application upon receiving of labor card cancellation and other documents. At the second stage you will receive a labor Job Offer from Gulf Drug. You will carry Labor Job Offer along with family passports and approach the nearest Immigration center. Once the family visas are kept on hold, you will process your immigration cancellation and provide a copy to Gulf Drug HR department

The passport can be submitted in person to HR office on the 4th floor of the Gulf Drug building
Upon receiving the medical result and EID application from you, it takes 3-5 days for adding the staff to the insurance policy. The card will be delivered at a later stage.
Once you are added to the insurance policy, you are considered ready to join.
